The relaxed, supported movements and postures of yoga release blocked energy and refresh both mind and body. Benefits of yoga include improved flexibility and blood flow, enhanced relaxation, and better balance. The focus on the breath also enhances well-being for young and old.
Because there are so many different yoga practices, it is possible for anyone to start. Whether you’re a couch potato or a professional athlete, size and fitness levels do not matter because there are modifications for every yoga pose. The idea is to explore your limits, not strive for some pretzel-like perfection. It is a great way to get in tune with your body and your inner self.
Our yoga classes are taught by Certified Yoga Instructors in our beautiful studio. Drop-ins are welcome and you can even schedule a free trial class.
