Aikido is a non-violent Japanese martial art that focuses on peaceful conflict resolution and personal growth.

The Samurai Challenge character development program is a set of behavioral challenges that students can do outside of the dojo to enhance their practice of Aiki principles. All seven challenges are based on ancient samurai virtues and colored stripes can be awarded upon completion of each challenge. These can be used in concert with the Aikido Kids Handbook (available separately) or standalone. Contents can be editted to meet your individual dojo needs and requirements. Includes two special “Sensei Challenges.”
